September 2021 – Maritime emission reduction technologies are key to shipping’s decarbonisation and MarRI-UK is enabling the next generation of innovation by pairing academics with industry and government money.
This collaboration has led to innovative projects such as an energy storage project between the Port of Rochester and Energy Solutions, to reduce impact on residential areas; something that would not be possible without MarRI-UK.
